안수집사 추천 자격 · 시애틀지구촌교회

안수집사는 높아지는 이름이 아니라 더 깊이 섬기는 자리입니다. 그래서 기준은 연수가 아니라, 성숙한 만큼 헌신이 함께 자라온 삶입니다. 침례교 믿음과 메시지(2000)와 우리 교회 헌법은 집사를 성경(행 6·딤전 3)이 정한 섬김의 직분으로 고백합니다. A deacon is not a title to rise into, but a place to serve more deeply. The measure is not years, but a life where devotion has grown with maturity. The Baptist Faith & Message (2000) and our bylaws confess the deacon as a servant office set by Scripture (Acts 6; 1 Tim 3).

성숙한 만큼 헌신이 함께 자랍니다. 심사표가 아니라 삶의 열매로 드러납니다.Devotion grows with maturity — shown in a life's fruit, not a checklist.

1믿음Faith

예수님을 주로 고백하고, 깨끗한 양심으로 믿음을 지켜온 사람.Confesses Jesus as Lord, holding faith with a clear conscience.

딤전 3:9 · 1 Tim 3:9믿음의 비밀을 깨끗한 양심에 간직한 사람이라야 합니다.They must hold the mystery of the faith with a clear conscience. (ESV)

2성품과 인격Character

신중하고 신실하여, 함께 있는 이가 편안한 사람.Dignified and trustworthy — others are at ease near them.

딤전 3:8 · 1 Tim 3:8이와 같이 집사들도, 신중하며, 한 입으로 두 말을 하지 아니하며, 술에 탐닉하지 아니하며, 부정한 이득을 탐내지 아니하며,Deacons likewise must be dignified, not double-tongued, not addicted to much wine, not greedy for dishonest gain. (ESV)

3청지기 삶Stewardship

물질에 신실하여, 믿음이 삶으로 나타나는 사람. (부정한 이득을 탐내지 않음 · 딤전 3:8)Faithful with resources — faith shown in life. (Not greedy for gain · 1 Tim 3:8)

자기 가정을 잘 돌보고 다스려, 가정에서 먼저 본이 되는 사람.Manages their own household well — a model first at home.

딤전 3:12 · 1 Tim 3:12집사들은 한 아내의 남편이며, 자녀와 자기 가정을 잘 다스리는 사람이라야 합니다.Let deacons each be the husband of one wife, managing their children and their own households well. (ESV)

5사역의 열매Fruit of ministry

목자로 4년, 한 사람을 세워 분가시킨 경험 — 재생산의 열매.Four years as a shepherd, having raised and multiplied a new house church.

6덕과 본Edifying example

7섬김의 자세A servant's heart

높아지려 하지 않고 종처럼 섬기는 사람.Not seeking greatness, but serving as a slave of all.
