How GMC of Greater Seattle (a 501(c)(3) nonprofit church in Washington State, “the church”) collects, uses and protects personal information on www.ijiguchon.org.
모으는 정보What we collect
- 신청·문의 양식(방문자 카드, 헌신카드, 삶공부 등록, 목장·새 세대 문의, 봉사자 신청 등)에 직접 적어 주신 이름, 연락처(전화·이메일), 내용
- 헌신카드에 적어 주신 기도 제목 — 건강이나 가정 형편 같은 민감한 내용이 들어갈 수 있습니다
- 목장 식구용 “우리 목장 기도 · 축하”에 올리신 기도 제목·축하 — 목장 코드가 맞는 같은 목장 식구와 담임목사만 보며, 8주가 지나면 자동으로 숨겨집니다
- 사이트는 방문 기록 분석 도구(광고·추적 쿠키)를 쓰지 않습니다. 화면 설정(언어 등)만 이용자 브라우저에 저장됩니다
- Name, contact details (phone, email) and message you enter in our forms (visitor card, commitment card, Life Study registration, house church and New Generation inquiries, volunteer sign-up)
- Prayer requests you share on the commitment card — these may include sensitive matters such as health or family circumstances
- Prayer requests and celebrations posted in “Prayer & celebration” for house church members — visible only to members of the same house church (by code) and the lead pastor, and hidden automatically after 8 weeks
- We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Only display preferences (such as language) are stored in your own browser
쓰는 곳How we use it
보내 주신 목적에만 씁니다: 연락드리기, 방문·등록·신앙 상담 돕기, 기도하기. 기도 제목은 담임목사와 목회 담당자만 봅니다. 개인정보를 팔거나 광고에 쓰지 않습니다.
Only for the purpose you sent it: to reply, to help with your visit, registration or spiritual care, and to pray. Prayer requests are seen only by the lead pastor and pastoral staff. We never sell personal information or use it for advertising.
함께 쓰는 서비스Services we rely on
- 양식 내용은 Google(Google Apps Script · 교회 Google Workspace)을 거쳐 교회 사무 이메일로 전달·보관됩니다
- 온라인 헌금은 Tithe.ly가 처리하며, 카드·계좌 정보는 교회 사이트에 저장되지 않습니다
- 설교 영상은 YouTube, 단체 대화방은 카카오톡 오픈채팅으로 연결되며, 그곳에서는 각 회사의 방침이 적용됩니다
- Form submissions pass through Google (Google Apps Script and the church’s Google Workspace) to the church office email
- Online gifts are processed by Tithe.ly; card and bank details are never stored on this site
- Sermon videos link to YouTube and group chats to KakaoTalk Open Chat, where those companies’ policies apply
보관과 보호Retention and security
필요한 기간만 보관하고, 접근은 교회 목회자·사무 담당자로 제한합니다. 사이트는 암호화 연결(HTTPS)로만 열립니다.
We keep information only as long as needed and limit access to pastors and office staff. The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS.
어린이Children
13세 미만 어린이의 정보를 부모 동의 없이 온라인으로 받지 않습니다(미국 COPPA). 새 세대 문의는 부모님이 해 주십시오.
We do not knowingly collect information online from children under 13 without parental consent (U.S. COPPA). Parents, please make New Generation inquiries on behalf of your child.
